It got me thinking whether I had achieved what I wanted to by this age. I was reading through my old journals the other day and I had written a (very small) list of things that I had wanted to achieve in the future. I was quite chuffed to find I had achieved all of them, except for owning VW beatle. Ho hum. So I had done well, yes?
However I have to admit this list was not very comprehensive. I strongly feel that if we don't set goals for ourselves in life we will never strive to achieve them. I have LOADS of things I want to do in life before I die. (Some more important than others.) What is the betting I will not achieve many of them.
But I decided to change things. I got preparing a list of things to achieve in the next year and a bit.
I have wimped out of making 30 things however and settled at 20. I like to make things easy for myself :)
